TUITION POLICY – 2026-2027 – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
ALTHOUGH STUDENTS MAY TAKE CLASSES AT ANY OF OUR LOCATIONS, TUITION MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT THE STUDIO YOU ARE REGISTERED IN.
Tuition may be paid by cash or check directly to the studio (preferred). We also offer a safe and convenient online Paypal payment option via our website (www.dwacademy.com) . This option will be available once classes begin and can be found on our web site. You can use your credit/debit card or PayPal account. Note: Online Paypal payments are subject to a merchant processing fee of 3.45%. You don’t have to have a Paypal account to use the online payment option. Remember, you may opt to pay by cash or check directly to the studio to avoid the surcharge.
TUITION must be paid on the first lesson each month. You are paying for the total number of lessons per year broken into 9 monthly payments for your convenience. You do not pay according to how many lessons occur in the month. The monthly tuition is based on how many lessons occur during the total year! NO DEDUCTIONS OR REFUNDS FOR MISSED LESSONS, PERSONAL VACATIONS, SNOW DAYS OR INJURIES. All missed lessons may be made up in a similar level class if desired. Make up lessons are not guaranteed.
THERE WILL BE A LATE CHARGE OF $7.00 PER MONTH IF DELINQUENT AFTER THE 10TH OF THE MONTH. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED!
We regret that any student failing to pay “LATE” tuition charges will be withdrawn from class. There are no refunds on tuition installment payments under any circumstances. There are no refunds on tuition installments if students quit voluntarily. There will be a $30.00 fee charged to anyone whose check is returned to us by the bank. Dance World Academy reserves the right to request cash or money order from anyone whose check has been returned to us by the bank. All tuition through the last payment must be paid in full before students may participate in the Spring recital or pick up Spring recital tickets. Students who are delinquent in tuition payments are ineligible to continue classes until balances are paid in full.
Dance World Academy reserves the right to adjust tuition should the recital be moved to a later date adding more weeks to our dance year than originally anticipated. The dance year currently includes 33-34 lessons.
TUITION REMAINS THE SAME FOR IN STUDIO CLASSES, ZOOM CLASSES OR HYBRID CLASSES. DANCE WORLD ACADEMY CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR POOR INTERNET CONNECTIONS, PICTURES FREEZING OR OTHER VIEWING PROBLEMS WHICH CAN BE ASSOCIATED WITH THE ZOOM PLATFORM. WE WILL USE ALL THE BEST PRACTICES.
